Cyi Ai is a cybersecurity and investigation service provider. Our main business activity involves performing analysis / investigation on any web available data space on behalf of user who provides us information to search and investigate.

When you provide us with your personal information through the Platform or our associated services such as chatbots, the personal information we collect may include:

How does Cyi AI obtain Personal Data?
Because Cyi Ai is a cyber investigation service provider, we gather data from any web available data space using our propriety AI engine, integrated Open-Source Intelligence tools and other vendor software.
Cyi Ai may also, from time to time, contact you by services like emails, chatbots and/or calls to request for additional information that is reasonably required to render our services to you. In such cases, by providing any Personal Data directly to Cyi Ai service, you shall be deemed to have consented to the terms of this Policy, including the purposes set out in this Policy for which Cyi AI collects, uses and discloses your Personal Data.

How does Cyi Ai use Personal Data?
The personal information we collect from you will be used, for purposes of analysis and investigation conducted for you, and improving our service quality to you and for some or all of the following purposes (where applicable):

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT CYI AI HAS THE RIGHT TO DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANY LEGAL, REGULATORY,GOVERNMENTAL, TAX, LAW ENFORCEMENT OR OTHER AUTHORITIES OR THE RELEVANT RIGHT OWNERS, IF CYI AI HAS REASONABLE GROUNDS TO BELIEVE THAT DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS NECESSARY FOR THE PURPOSE OF MEETING ANY OBLIGATIONS, REQUIREMENTS OR ARRANGEMENTS, WHETHER VOLUNTARY OR MANDATORY, AS A RESULT OF COOPERATING WITH AN ORDER, AN INVESTIGATION AND/OR A REQUEST OF ANY NATURE BY SUCH PARTIES. TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE NOT TO TAKE ANY ACTION AND/OR WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS TO TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST CYI AI FOR THE DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.

Right to Erasure Request Form
You may request us to erase any personal data we hold about you. We will do our best to respond promptly and in any event within one month of the following:

· Our receipt of any further information we may ask you to provide to enable us to comply with your request, whichever happens to be later.
